Each one of our kittens is very special to us and it is important that our kittens go to homes where they will be safe and well taken care of, this is why every kitten we sell comes with a Contract. Below are our Pet and Breeder Contracts. These are designed to protect the kitten from being mistreated as well as providing a health guarantee to the new owner of our kitten. |

Buyer agrees to take good care of this kitten as to provide nutritious food and fresh water, shelter, suitably healthy and stimulating environment, correct routine and accident related medical attention, exercise, attention and affection. It is agreed that this kitten will not be allowed outside without supervision. This kitten is never to be mistreated or abused in any way. Under no circumstances will this kitten be given or sold to a shelter, pet shop, research laboratory or any similar facility. Buyer agrees never to declaw this kitten as this a painful, cruel and inhumane practice that requires amputation of the claws and related bone and muscle tissue. Buyer accepts the responsibility of taking proper care of this kitten for the duration of his/her life. If in exceptional circumstances the buyer can no longer keep him/her, then the buyer must find him/her a loving home and the Seller will help the Buyer find this kitten a new home if desired. The Seller guarantees that this kitten is a purebred Bengal Cat and the Seller has supplied the Buyer with a certified NSW CFA four generation pedigree. This kitten is guaranteed to have left Artattack Bengals in good health, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, flea and mite free. All records and documentation will be given to the Buyer. If within 72 hours of purchase this kitten is found to be medically deficient with a life threatening illness by a Veterinarian then upon the return of this kitten a replacement will be offered within 6 months if no kitten is available at the time. She cannot be returned after the guaranteed period has expired and/or if he/she has been exposed to another kitten or cat. This kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for 1 year from the time of sale. Should he/she die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, a replacement kitten of comparable quality/value will be given, but only if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vets certificate provided to the Seller identifying the cause of death. By signing this contract, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, agree to and have received a copy of this contract. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. This contract applies only to the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. If the Buyer breaches any of the above, Sheeba will be surrendered back to the Seller unconditionally. Buyer agrees to take good care of this kitten as to provide nutritious food and fresh water, appropriate shelter, suitably healthy and stimulating environment, correct routine and accident related medical attention, exercise, love and attention. It is agreed that this kitten will not be allowed outside without supervision. This kitten is never to be mistreated, abused or housed in a small cage. Under no circumstances will this kitten or any of her offspring be given or sold to a shelter, pet shop, research laboratory or any similar facility. Buyer agrees never to declaw this kitten as this a painful, cruel and inhumane practice that requires amputation of the claws and related bone and muscle tissue. This kitten is never to be bred to an unregistered or mixed breed cat. Buyer agrees never to resell this kitten to another breeder/cattery and that she will only be bred for a maximum of four years. When the Buyer no longer wishes to breed her, the Buyer guarantees that this kitten will be spayed and either kept as a beloved pet or placed in a loving pet home. All offspring from this kitten that will be sold to pet homes must be spayed/neutered by you before they leave for their new homes. The Seller will help the Buyer find this kitten a new home if the Buyer can no longer keep her. The Seller guarantees that this kitten is a purebred Bengal Cat and the Seller has supplied the Buyer with a certified NSW CFA Pedigree. This kitten is guaranteed to have left Artattack Bengals in good health, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed flea and mite free. All records and documentation will be given to the Buyer. If this kittens fertility isnt proven by 2 years of age with at least 2 proven studs, a replacement of equal value will be given. If within 72 hours of purchase this kitten is found to be medically deficient with a life threatening illness by a Veterinarian then upon the return of this kitten a replacement will be offered within 6 months if no kitten is available at the time. The kitten cannot be returned after the guaranteed period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another kitten or cat which is not currently vaccinated. This kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for 1 year from the time of sale. Should this kitten die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, a replacement kitten/cat of comparable quality/value will be given, but only if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a vets certificate provided to the Seller identifying the cause of death. All offspring from this kitten that will be sold to pet homes must be spayed/neutered by you before they leave for their new homes. The Seller will help the Buyer find this kitten a new home if the Buyer can no longer keep him. This kitten should be neutered by six years of age and either kept as a beloved pet or placed in a loving forever pet home. If this kitten is re-sold to another breeder/cattery, then this contract must be passed onto the new owner. The Seller guarantees that this kitten is a purebred Bengal Cat and the Seller has supplied the Buyer with a certified NSW CFA Pedigree. This kitten is guaranteed to have left Artattack Bengals in good health, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, flea and mite free. All records and documentation will be given to the Buyer.
